“Yosvany was an outstanding host—extremely responsive, friendly, and always quick to reply whenever I had a question. After a heavy rain left debris in the pool, he quickly arranged for the pool service to come by and clean it, which we really appreciated. The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool was a fantastic amenity. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The house was a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it still worked well for our group and we had a great experience overall. One tip for future guests: be sure to read the instructions carefully when you check in. It’ll make the checkout process much smoother and help you avoid rushing at the end. “Excellent option for a stay in Clearwater! We rented this apartment and were very pleased with our stay. The view from the windows is simply stunning — it offers a beautiful panorama of the water, and we especially enjoyed the magnificent sunrises and sunsets that we watched every day. The apartment is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything you need: comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk to the beach. A huge plus is the 24/7 security of the building and parking area. We felt completely safe at all times. Our car was always parked in the secured parking lot, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you very much to the hosts for the warm welcome and excellent conditions!
